Omaha, NE (January 15, 2021) – An automobile accident reported in the Omaha area left two people injured. At around 9:45 a.m., on January 15, the Omaha Fire Department and the police responded to the scene of a crash on North 78th Street.
Reports from authorities show that a crash involving at least two vehicles took place at the intersection of North 78th Street and Blondo Street. The crash caused moderate delays throughout the intersection.
Two people involved in the crash were injured. One victim was transported to CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy for the treatment of injuries. The second victim was transported to Nebraska Medicine Nebraska Medical Center for the treatment of code 1 traumatic injuries.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
