Amy Hart

Attorney

Amy Hart joined the Dyer Law, PC, LLO, team in August of 2025. Her practice focuses primarily on workers’ compensation cases, advocating for employees injured on the job. Amy has over four years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters in Nebraska, Missouri, and Iowa, as both an attorney and law clerk. With more than a decade of experience in residential real estate, corporate relocation, and appraisal coordination processes, she incorporates strong transactional and interpersonal skills into her work. Though she specializes in workers’ compensation, Amy recently expanded her practice to also include personal injury and simple will preparation for the Nebraska Volunteer Lawyer’s Project.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Amy has lived in Omaha for over sixteen years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, moving on to graduate cum laude from Creighton University School of Law. At Creighton Law, she was a member of the selective Creighton Scholars program and earned CALI awards in Client Interviewing and Legal Counseling, Mediation, and Legal Research and Writing. In 2024, Amy received the Severens-Volkmer Award for Excellence in Mediation.

Outside of her career, Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter, now a senior at the University of Oregon, and bowling with a competitive bowling team.
