Lincoln, NE – Denise Stickney Injured in Crash on 33rd St

Lincoln, NE (May 6, 2020) – An auto accident on Monday sent one woman to a local hospital with injuries.

At approximately 9:30 a.m., on May 4, the Lincoln Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on 33rd Street at the intersection with Cornhusker Highway.

Reports from police indicate that 20-year-old Gretchen L. Payne was traveling along the roadway in a silver 2004 Honda CR-V LX when her vehicle collided with a bronze 1999 GMC S-10 pickup truck driven by 65-year-old Rickie L Moore.

A female front-seat passenger inside Moore’s vehicle, who was identified as 55-year-old Denise Stickney, suffered injuries to her abdominal and pelvic region. She was transported to Bryan LGH Medical Center West for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
