Omaha, NE – Christopher Taylor Killed in Motorcycle Crash on 168th St
Omaha, NE (November 2, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Saturday claimed one man’s life in the Omaha area. At approximately 1:15 p.m., on October 31, the Omaha Police Department responded to the scene of a crash on 168th Street.
Reports from authorities show that 52-year-old Christopher Taylor was traveling north on 168th Street on a 2015 Harley Davidson when his vehicle collided with a Dodge van, driven by 69-year-old Bradford Barentson.
The impact of the crash caused severe damage to the motorcycle while leaving the rider injured. An off-duty Omaha Police Officer rushed to the scene of the crash and attempted life-saving measures to Taylor while waiting for first responders to arrive. Medics with the Omaha Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced Taylor deceased.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
