Omaha, NE – Head-On Crash on L St SW (US-275) Injures Four

Omaha, NE (April 27, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident in Omaha on Friday evening sent several victims to area hospitals with injuries. At around 3:20 p.m., on April 24, the Omaha Fire Department responded to the scene of a devastating collision on L Street Southwest.

Reports indicate that two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection of L Street Southwest and South 39th Street. The impact of the collision caused extensive damages to both vehicles involved.

A 50-year-old male suffered head and neck injuries in the collision. A 29-year-old male suffered head, neck, and lower leg injuries in the collision. A 3-year-old and a 6-year-old were also injured in the collision. Both children sustained left leg, arm, and shoulder injuries. All four victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment.

At this time, the Omaha Police Department is investigating.
