Omaha, NE – Injuries Reported in Auto Accident on Blair High Rd

Omaha, NE (April 17, 2020) – On April 17, at around 8:10 a.m., emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Blair High Road.

Reports from police show that a semi-truck collided with a traffic pole at the intersection with Blair High Road and Highway 36 due to heavy fog conditions. The impact of the collision caused the pole to fall down on top of the semi-truck and a light-colored Chevy SUV.

One person involved in this crash suffered traumatic injuries. The victim was rushed to CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center – Bergan Mercy for treatment via Bennington Medic.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
