Omaha, NE (March 8, 2021) – A juvenile was left injured following a pedestrian accident in the Omaha area on Wednesday evening. On March 3, emergency crews in Omaha responded to the site of a crash on Fort Street.
Reports from the Omaha Fire Department show that at approximately 3:21 p.m., a juvenile pedestrian was walking near Fort Street and 103rd Street. For unknown reasons, the pedestrian was struck by a red pickup truck.
The pedestrian was injured in the accident. Emergency crews provided treatment to the injured victim at the scene before transporting them to Nebraska Medicine Nebraska Medical Center for the treatment of code two traumatic injuries.
At this time, the police department in Omaha is investigating.
