Lincoln, NE (August 12, 2020) – A pedestrian accident on Tuesday evening left one person seriously injured in the Lincoln area. Just before 10:30 p.m., on August 11, the Lincoln Police Department assisted the Lincoln Fire & Rescue at the scene of a collision on North 48th Street.
According to reports, a female pedestrian was walking along North 48th Street, just south of Holdrege Street, when she was struck by a small sedan. The woman was provided medical attention at the scene of the accident and rushed to an area hospital with critical and life-threatening injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
