Motorcycle Accidents in Omaha
More than 500 people are injured in motorcycle accidents across Nebraska each year. Riders are without adequate protection, which increases the likelihood of them sustaining critical injuries. Motorcyclists are more likely to sustain broken bones, head trauma, and spinal cord injuries that require extensive medical treatment and hospitalization. The aftermath of an accident can be a trying time for everyone involved. The emotional, mental, and financial impacts victims are often forced to endure can be overwhelming. Not only are victims forced to struggle moving forward, but their families are often forced to deal with the stacking financial burdens, lost income, and emotional consequences.
The unfortunate truth is that the majority of accidents throughout the state of Nebraska are a result of driver negligence. Although we can be diligent and in control of our actions while driving, there is little we can do to ensure others act in the same responsible manner.
