Omaha, NE – Woman Seriously Injured in W Maple Rd Collision

Omaha, NE (July 7, 2020) – An automobile accident on Sunday evening left one woman critically injured in the Omaha area. On July 5, the Omaha Fire Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Maple Road.

Reports from authorities show that a two-car collision occurred on West Maple Road at the intersection with North 147th Street. The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles involved to roll over onto its side. An 18-year-old female inside the car was located at the scene unresponsive and seizing. She was rushed to Nebraska Medicine for treatment for a serious brain injury. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
